The sun is shining on my face, it feels so good. Now, go ahead and do this activity with me using any plant around you. Go to your favorite park or outdoor area, to a favorite forest, and find a tree or plant and do this: lay down to try to experience that plant from a different angle. So often we walk or drive by plants so quickly that we never really get a chance to connect. I'll show you what we're going to do. See how the sun filters through the plant in different ways? I'm smelling and feeling the plant, allowing myself to connect with it. Go ahead and try it!
